Another great practice last night with Coach Clemson teaching top technique (legs, spiral rides). The Orange kids are looking really impressive. If they wrestle in matches like they practice, they will make a lot of noise in the Commonwealth. Kudos to all of the high school kids that came out for another practice right their high school practice. That is always tough to do and it would have been easy to come up with an excuse not to come. 3 more sessions left with Coach Clemsen and then Sunday elite practices will start up.
