Whats up with the MB coaching staff FF 3 match's for no other reason then knowing that they wouldn't win? Isn't the object of this sport to wrestle your opponent win or lose? If CH was still at the helm that would have never happened...... You guys are giving a great program a bad name...

Here we go again. Strasburg gets their a## handed to them and next thing you know they are whining about something on this site. Maybe someone should look at your own coaching staff and their actions before getting on here and whining about Millbrook and their coaching staff. From my perspective Millbrook's staff is doing an excellent job and the schedule they are wrestling this year is tougher than anytime in the past. If you are feeling nostalgic for CH, move to Pa

You are amazing, someone posts the truth about the actions of the MB coaching staff and you get on here and act like a fool. MB should be winning against single A teams and especially one with a bunch of injuries and freshmen in the line up. Things will change over there once all of CH guys have gone though. As far as feeling for CH, you d**n right people do because he is the one who made that program what it is today. You should look back in time just a bit and realize what that program is about before you run off at the head. As far as the SB coaching staff goes, they are first year coaches doing one heck of a job, beating Sherando, WC, Handey, a bunch of A, AA & AAA schools this year while giving up 3 or 4 FF. So go crawl back in your hole because nobody needs to hear your crap!!!

Yikes guys.. Look here are some facts;
1. Haines coached me, he is a great coach. He helped build the program. But heres the thing. The current staff was there then too and did all the things Haines couldnt tend to. Not saying he couldnt, but all the club demands in the off-season ar very time consuming. They also run things the same way he did so its not like things have changed. I can attest that ntohing changed because like Ive said, me and my brother were in the room.
2. There's really no Haines guys here on the team. Joe Jessen didnt get cleared until Haines was in his last 4 weeks there. Luke Anderson and Warren Ramirez were JV half the season. Our other seniors didnt wrestle then. Crawford is and was going to be a stud no matter whos guy he was.
3. It's funny how I was standing in a circle talking to Millbrook and Strasburg coaches after the match and the conversation was friendly. They said they were happy to wrestle teams such as Millbrook and Eastern View. If you want a reason for the FFT's, the 106 and 120 from Millbrook had to be checked by trainers after the Orange match and the 113 has been wrestling for like 3 weeks and Strasburg kid is a stud(he is one of our club kids btw). Total mismatch that was pointless. Sorry that it happened to be against your studs, just a coincidence
That being said, both have great coaching staffs and should have a great postseason in their divisions. I wish the best for both

From the article in the paper today it doesnt seem as the Strasburg coach liked what Millbrook did in there match.

I noticed that as well. I was not there until right after the match but was told they forfietted to Jake and Joe. Both for the same reasons MB fft to them. Like I said I talked to him no later than an hour after the match. Not sure when that interview was but he was obviously frustrated with the situation (Which is fair without knowing the details. Remember a few yrs ago Swink FFT an entire team after a school FFT to Gentry and Garafalo). It was a fair situation in the end.

I know its earlt to be talking wrestling but I heard that all the former coaches at MIllbrook are gone. There is a guy that graduated from Millbrook that will be back to be the assistant. Who is going to be the head coach?

The head coach is gone. No assistants are out. No former guy is in yet officially to my knowledge though I know some who will try. Suprised the paper hasn't covered this but ya know... its wrestling
