Maybe Keel is planning for districts. A couple extra losses may get the seeding they want for districts. Its all about matchups..

If you think seeding in the NWD is important right now you are on dogfood. There's only one weightclass where a legitimitely good kid will be cut out, which is at 145, where Skyline should be the 5th seed, There's no planning that.

Unfortunately, Skyline is suffering from loosing almost a whole lineup of Seniors from last year. They are still a very young school and program (3yrs) and struggling with kids that don't understand the work it takes to have a competitive team. Alot of kids were scared to be in the room with some of the seniors that left last year, so the numbers have been low. But, give them a few years, they'll be a strong team that will be very competitive. It's almost like starting a new school this year. Coach Keel has done an excellent job with the kids he has and they have really learned alot. Again, some kids and their families just don't understand how demanding wrestling can be
